I had such a relaxing time yesterday looking out at the water and being pampered. 

What a wonderful way to start the weekend... 

I think I am going to go every Friday for a blow dry. 

You can't have a bad weekend when you start it off feeling great about your self...

BABY BIRD

Swallow while pressing the tip of the tongue to the roof of your mouth. Then tilt your head slightly to the left and swallow. Then repeat, towards the right. This exercise helps jowls from forming.

BUDDHA FACE

Close your eyes, relax and imagine a point between the brows. Hold for one minute, or longer.

LION FACE 1Inhale through your nose, make fists and squeeze all your facial muscles

LION FACE 2  

Now exhale through your mouth, stick out your tongue,

 roll your eyes up and open your hands. Repeat three times.

SMILING FISH

Smile while pursing your lips. 

This pose is modeled after the look celebrities often give the paparazzi.

TEMPLE DANCER

This exercise works on the ring muscles of the eyes to prevent sagging skin and crow’s feet.

I did my first ActivCore class at Balboa Pilates yesterday morning...

I am SERIOUSLY impressed.

 At the end of this workout I felt energized, relaxed, lengthened, toned and motivated... 

At first I thought "There is no way I am going to be hanging in the air like SuperMan"

 well I did it and I LOVED it! 

Nicole was an amazing instructor. She made me feel at home and not self conscious in anyway while still kicking my butt...(how does she do that?)

 I have had neck & back problems for years. 

For the 1st time in a long while I actually felt better. Yes Better...

My husband even came home from work tonight and said he could tell that I felt better then usual.

I seriously think you should give it a try...
